At Fero Software we understand that putting in a new point of sale system can be a stressful time for any restaurant. Which is why we do not simply install our systems and leave. We will also take the time to walk you, the owner, through our systems management features such as adding new employees, menu items, discounts, as well as doing payroll, inventory, and system management.

All of our installers have years of restaurant and bartending experience and know it takes a lot for an establishment to run smoothly. Because of this, we attempt to shoulder some of that burden while your employees are being trained and getting familiar with our system. We do this by helping out in any way possible, from rolling silverware to helping the kitchen with timing and pacing. Our goal is for you to love our system, our staff, and our support.
